Dear Parent/Carer
I commend to you this school website, which gives you both information and a flavour of the work and achievements of Aughnacloy College.
The selection of a suitable college for your young person is one of the most important decisions you will ever make on their behalf.
With this in mind, we at Aughnacloy College, continue to strive to cater for the needs of all our pupils, in this constantly changing educational climate. All pupils have an equal entitlement to a properly balanced curriculum, which is taught to a high standard.
Sport and extra curricular activities play a central role in the life of the school and ensure that every pupil’s school experience is broad and varied.
We hope that this prospectus will provide you with the information you need relating to the type of education provided at Aughnacloy College. Our Open night, which will be held on Tuesday 5th January 2010, will give you and your child the chance to see pupils in their school environment and to meet the staff. All prospective pupils and their parents will be most welcome.
